M.B.A
coursework
Through Southern New Hampshire University, I have completed a graduate-level program that provides a comprehensive understanding of business management principles with a specific focus on marketing strategies.
**Earned certificates: leadership and management, PowerBI for Excel accounting, critical thinking, time management, strategic analysis
Included are work samples completed during my degree. These samples are implemented as exemplars, showcasing my education and expertise developed through the program.
capstone project
My capstone project examines consumer attitudes toward anti-aging cosmetics through survey-based research, data analysis, and evaluation of key determinant attributes such as safety, efficacy, brand trust, cost versus value, and sustainability. By comparing leading brands—The Ordinary, Neutrogena, and Tatcha—the project applied both quantitative and qualitative methods to identify the factors that most strongly influence purchase behavior.
The process strengthened my ability to design and conduct consumer research, translate data into actionable marketing insights, and apply strategic frameworks to real-world brand positioning. This project not only demonstrates the value of research-driven decision-making in marketing but also reflects the critical skills I’ve developed in consumer analysis, data interpretation, and strategic marketing communication.
case studies
In collaboration with two team members, this case study explores the opening of a restaurant concept in New Hampshire.
Through the project, our team was required to create a marketing strategy based on the internal and external environment of the proposed restaurant.
For my Brand Management course, I completed a brand audit of Listerine, analyzing its positioning, consumer perceptions, and competitive standing in the oral care market. Using tools like the CBBE model, brand exploratory research, and gap analysis, I evaluated Listerine’s strengths and challenges while developing strategic recommendations. This project strengthened my skills in brand equity analysis, consumer insight evaluation, and strategic marketing planning.
In this case study and presentation, I explored LUSH Cosmetics’ brand architecture, hierarchy, and extensions to evaluate opportunities for sustainable growth. By applying tools such as the house of brands framework and brand extension models, I analyzed how LUSH can expand its market presence while preserving its ethical and sustainability-focused identity. This project enhanced my expertise in brand strategy, consumer insight analysis, and growth planning.
This case study examines Limited Liability LLC’s journey to improve communication, training, and retention in the face of significant workforce challenges.
The “Life Sciences Organization” case study explores how the company is preparing for an ownership transition. By translating operational insights into strategies that align with business goals, I demonstrated how the company can maintain growth and profitability during this period of change. The analysis was supported by a detailed report and presentation that communicated findings and guided decision-making for a successful transition.
